I just wanted to let you know how absolutely
pleased we are with the beautiful hearth pad and
stove installation. You are, by far, the most
conscientious company I have ever dealt with.
From your prompt e-mail replies to your follow
up, every step of our hearth pad construction
and installation has gone smoothly.
When we finally saw our stove in person with the
hearth pad we ordered, it didn't match and we
were in a real bind. I figured we would have to
wait at least 4 weeks to order a new hearth pad
and would have to wait until way after the
holidays to have our stove installed. My husband
stumbled upon your website late one evening and
much to my surprise, my e-mail was answered that
night. We arranged to have the hearth pad built
by you and in a matter of days, we found
ourselves with a custom pad that exceeded
anything we could have ordered. At that point we
knew that we wanted you to install the stove
too. After numerous e-mails back and forth
answering my many questions, we scheduled a date
and the stove was installed.
Every aspect of dealing with you has been a true
pleasure. I wish you much success in your
business. Your attention to detail, courteous
and friendly manner, and honesty are rare find.
